I bought my sofa thinking it was comfy when I sat on it at the furniture store…

I think I made a big fucking mistake. Been sat here less than an hour and the bottom of my back is killing me. I wish furniture stores would bring a rating system in and customer reviews next to the items they’re selling, that would certainly make me think twice about buying something I’ve only tried for 2 minutes! Grr…
